I currently work as a Program Manager for AI/ML Team with Expedia Group.
I work closely with Machine learning engineers and scientists working on Intents prediction and user relevance. To add, I am also responsible for planning quarterly roadmaps and record OKR’s . My daily tasks include stakeholder communication, dependencies management, manage Agile ceremonies and record product metrics at Domain level. In addition, I am responsible for Internal reporting, manage risks, release communication and Product level documentation.

Starting my career as a software/web developer and working across various web application and mobile product development with hands-on for more than 10 years, I leverage this experience and contribute in my current job role by working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and leadership team.

By gaining early experience in leading a technical team and frequently talking to clients early-on helped me validate my experience with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
As a strong Agile Scrum facilitator, I validated my experience with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications respectively.

In my daily work, I must resonate differently as per situations, and this helps me excel in working cross-functionally.
I try to bring value to the teams I work by: –
– Being passionate in solving problem.
– Constantly monitoring the backlog for team to deliver fast and respect timeline.
– I also closely monitor the product progress with daily metrics and data to ensure smooth deliverables and removing bottlenecks.
– Leveraging my technical experience to closely work with engineers to clearly communicate the product goal.

During my free time, i love playing guitar and clap-box and sing in various languages that include English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and Telugu.
Reading too has been one of the hobby where i enjoy reading murder mysteries and books on Agile and lean management.
On Weekends i love to cook my favourite Indian chicken gravy and binge watch on Netflix, Amazon.

With my blog, i would like to share my thought-process and mindset with people around the globe not just to re-share what is already present but to share and relate my own personal experience through examples.
